AS THE FOUNDER of this game, let me give you a very brief description of what you're about to get yourself into. It's a text-based, play-by-email role playing game. It takes about two seconds to learn and is barrels o' fun. You can quit ((heh heh...that's what they all say)) any time you wish, and it isn't very strict. Of course it's free. There are infinite positions available and if you like making your own sub-plots, this is your piece of brownie. ^.^'

LEGAL NOTE: Drug use is not supported or approved of in any way. It is used in this email text-based game as a source of humour. So for the record, all applicants: please do not use drugs in real life. They really screw you up. Drink responsibly and sparingly, if at all and if legal age, and please don't use tobacco. If you can play a game involving drugs, I'm hoping you'll have your fun and won't have to do it in real life instead.

*** WHAT it is: An email-based rpg. Members have a list of all the other players, and when they wish to do something, they write a post describing their actions, and send it out to everyone. If you still don't understand, you can watch for a while after you sign up.

***WHAT it is about: In the republic of Selcia, all forms of tobacco, alcohol, and drugs have been made illegal in an effort to brighten the lives of citizens and generate some money for the government. However, two chains of top substance dealers have emerged, each involved with their "clients" on an everlasting quest to get "stuff" get money and get high on life or other availabilities. The loyal police force is stumped and forced to follow whatever clues they can dig up to put these disruptive citizens away. Undercover, double- and triple-agents roam freely, and there'll be plenty of jailbreaks and hairy actions scenes.

***WHAT you get: Up to three characters, if you want more, I have been known to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. However, if you choose to have three characters, one of them must be a law enforcement member of some kind. --Remember-- Not all your characters have to be druggies or chain smokers! There are plenty of people that are just in it for the thrill and the dollars. And remember that in this game, the Law Enforcement has just as much fun as everyone else.

***RATINGS: We're going to try to keep it at a PG13-R level. I'm a sucker for action violence so I'll be the judge of how much is too much. However, if you're having graphic descriptions of gore or sex, or you're dropping the f-bomb every other word, there's going to be trouble.

***POWERS: Everyone in the game is a normal person. However, you could have some finely-tuned talents, but stuff that is totally inhuman is probably not allowed.

***LIMITS: You really can't kill or seriously debilitate another character without their permission. Stealing...well, everything is fair game, but if there's a HUGE problem with something, well, I may have to step in. Conspiracies are welcome, and NO you don't have to ok it with the big bad boss (me o.O) first. You wanna sabotage my character? Bring it on.

***WEAPONRY: At the beginning of this rpg, weaponry was pretty conservative. But I'm willing to let you guys bust out more and more heavy artillery as we go on. Just remember, I have the final say in controversial matters requiring mediation, and this stuff does cost money to your character *lol* so.... But especially for use on objects or NPC's (characters that do not have applications but are played sometimes by multiple players), well, let's see what you guys got!
